and i will give you one fact about health and exercise, exercise does not =equal health you can have the best exercise program in the world but if you are not eating healthy 95% of the time you not loose much weight maybe 10 or 15 pounds but it always comes back when you stop Eating healthy. with my program you will not be exercising  until your body can handle it but you will be walking from the start just a simple walk,


if your really out of shape and 300 pounds or more or just out of shape for your body size and cant walk more than 100 ft without geting out of breath you will have to take it easy and walk 50 ft a day for a week or so untill you do not get as tired then up it for 100 ft for a week then 150 ft untill you can walk 1000 ft then you should beable to go up to 2000 from 1000 then 5280 * 1 mile * and keep going up from there but that is all you will being doing at the start but if you can walk for aways then that is what you will be doing from the start, do not worry if you are "Old" and cant keep you balance i will guide you threw what you need to do for regaining you balance for running and jumping then everything else should be easy but will take practice.

most health problems like cancer or diabetes or bad eyesight or name it and it can be fixed with healthy foods.
and no i am not a MD and i do not have any medical training but i do have first hand experience getting healthy and in the process getting super strong and super low ammount of body fat

I will tell you you can become alot more healthy within 6 months and looking younger right away but it takes years to fully regenerate your body
and you have to eat plant fats or aka ( lecithin ) but not in high amounts  and at the right time during the day. You need lecithin untill your body fully regenerates and to dissolve and remove the "Mud" out of your body which could be 8 years from now to 36 years from now

even i looked toxin free but believe me even someone that looked like i did still had many toxins to detox from and i still have many more toxins to remove and i have awhile before i get back to looking like i did there and most say after you loose all your fat you are toxin free which is untrue having extra fat is a sign that someone is too toxic, but even non fat cells hold alot of toxins which will take years to detox from

you can eat as much as you want and is encouraged at the beginning and no you will not be starving yourself i have a special type of bread that if
you eat a small piece of this bread and you will be full for hours and the best part it of it is you make it at home and i recomend it to be made with gluten free grain

and it is loaded with nutrients and it is sweet and it is a dense little piece of bread and you will be making it in large batches that lasts a week and best of all even if you are really hungry all the time till wonderfull bread will keep you full with 1 to 2 little pieces of the bread for over 4-6 hours  and you will feel like you are stuffed when you only have eaten a few hundred calories

because if you eat fat and protein with sugar it keeps your blood sugar very high for many hours 6-8 so make sure you eat the fat and sugar/carbs separate and you must know which are the healthy fats or you will be fat forever now most say fat will not make you fat or that fat will make you fat these are only part of the truth if you eat alot of fat you will not get obese but you will hang on to atleast 12 more % of body fat than you would if you ate the healthy kind and in only limited ammounts so if you should be at 3% body fat and you eat alot of fat you will go up to atleast 18% body fat and fat sucks oxygen out of your blood when you eat too much!

but now i am fat again, to keep it short i was court ordered to take prescription drugs and i have to save up some money to move out of state, i did not commit a crime if that is what you were thinking, they think im crazy because i like to eat healthy, and if your peers and family do not think you diet is crazy you are not doing it right, and my results speek for themselfs all the photos on this page are of me

this photo was taken 6 months agao i look awful but i still look better than photo 2 from the top of the page under "but you look like this" because i looked like that then the top photo is 3 months after eating healthy. that is what i looked like 3 months before i lost all the weight! but for some it will take alot longer

but if you have any health problems i would not go off my meds without eating healthy first i would eat healthy then wait 6 months or longer for my health problem to clear up mostly then have my doctor ween me off, then the weight will really fall off. any kind of drug non prescription and prescription and illegal drugs make the body fall out of balance,

like alcohol why do you think kids that go to college gain the "freshmen 15" they get a beer gut from drinking beer.

and for the bodybuilders that are looking to get healthy and keep all there muscle, look else where because you built a body from unhealthy foods, so when you get healthy most that muscle will be shed and once you get down to a healthy weight and all of your unhealthy tissues are gone you can build back up from there

while i admit you can get big fast if you know what to eat on the unhealthy diet without much bodyfat, but if you want to be alot stronger at same size as someone else somewhere in the range of 2-4 times stronger and have tons more endurance where you can work out hardcore for 4 - 8 hours straight then this is the program you want i do have method that will help gain muscle but it will take abit more time than a standard bodybuilding program

and to all the girls out there that do not want to be large muscled any more or dont want to get that way in the first place then this is the program for you, it is from hormonal imbalances from the hormones in the meat dairy and boxed foods and drugs you are taking
